Well, last week flew by once again, so fast that we almost forgot what happened during the week! But one thing that was big was the Super Bowl (yes even in Britain). Are you guilty of being more interested in the adverts/trailers or the half-time show by Lady GaGa? One of our Genius team is guilty of that, but we will let you guess which one!!
But within Genius, it’s been that busy, we had our first interview for Chef’s Office (link down below). Our first interview was with the head chef of the Best Western Crewe Arms Hotel which will most likely be mentioned in later updates! We are also starting to work on the menus for a coffee, bar and event business and that has been a test for our foodies, even just writing about it makes our stomach grumble.
