Simply, we need to see a month’s invoices for your property from your current suppliers, along with your latest menus – from which we will run our cost comparison. Once the comparison is complete – usually within 72 hours – we will show you the results and guide you through the process of change, if needed.
We will also look at your current business plan, or help you to write one if necessary. This will help us to guide you through the business and help you to focus on areas of the business that may not be profitable – highlighting any missed opportunities along the way.
At the end of each month our suppliers send us a report detailing your purchases. Using this data, we compare the pricing against our supplier agreements and make any necessary changes, should we find an error. Remember, the prices we secure are passed directly onto you and will dramatically lower your costs, raise your gross profit and add directly to your bottom line.

No, but it makes great sense to ask us to run a cost comparison on each of your suppliers. If you are tied to a contract, we will remind you when the renewal is due and switch you to our supplier then.

Do I need to spend hours opening new accounts?
No, we do that for you – you simply have to sign the new account form, which we arrange for you.
Will I have to change my suppliers?
